A Facebook marketing manager is responsible for creating and executing an integrated strategy for a company’s Facebook presence. They are the person who works with the digital team to ensure that the company’s Facebook presence is optimized, engaging, and consistent with brand messaging. This person will also work with their colleagues in digital marketing to build out paid media campaigns and implement ad retargeting strategies to optimize awareness and traffic on Facebook.
This role requires a highly-detailed understanding of how people interact with content on social media networks like Facebook, as well as an understanding of how to best use PPC ads to drive more traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple accounts and budgets across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and Google AdWords.
